avast 7 delete a file from my internet key programm ! help me ???

avast data base 120419-0  DELETE the file  DIALUPIPLUGIN.DLL

is for my dashboard TIM for web navigation program .


in this moment i supend avast !  in how mode i resolve this probel ?

no in chest there isn't !

appare the RED pop-up and say ( trojan ?) and they say delete the  file :  DIALUPIPLUGIN.DLL

i how mode in avast 7 free it not scan the folder:

C:\Program Files\Chiavetta Internet\DialupUIPlugin.dll

that avast delete it ?

in how mode it set avast to not cancel it ?i am not expert, tahnk

have you tested the file at www.virustotal.com  ?


send the file to avast lab as a false positive detection so they can fix it

send in a password protected zip.file to  virus @ avast.com
mail subject:  False Positive
zip password:  infected

to make sure avast does not delete ur apps, double click avast orange spinning ball (left click) -> settings -> troubleshooting -> restore factory defaults (ensure both program settings and shield settings are checked) -> reset now.

default settings will not delete ur files. someone messed with avast settings on ur system.

if unsure about avast settings, please stick to the default. it provides optimal usage and security

Side note: avast! default action is never delete, but send to Chest.

on my avast it is delete ! and in the chest there isn't ...why ?

i try to scan with avast this file DLL but not kill and say ok, and VIRUS TOTAL scan report is not infect.

is a false/ postive from avast !!!


I think the problem is a process linked to the DLL, because if I do the scan with AVAST or turn on the PC nothing happens and the file remains in the folder and not deleted, but if I insert the key internet probably activates something (dll ?) and avast delete it as infected! what i to do?

since u sent the fp report to avast, please wait for it to be fixed.

meanwhile, do as what i recommended, reset ur avast settings to default to prevent possible accident deletion of fp files in the future.

You seem to have changed it manually...

and in the chest there isn't ...why ?

Two options: 1) you manually set avast to delete or 2) it wasn't a file which trigger the alert, but a website, and the connection was dropped.

no tech !   sorry for my bad english ... i repeat the problem...

this DLL not infect i sca with virus total and no infect ! and i scan with AVAST and i say NOT INFECT !

now, normaly avast not kill this DLL ( dialupuiplugin.dll) and i not on internet !!!

but if i insert in the usb my internet key , avast say a pop up red and kill in my pc this file DLL !!! ok now ?

porbably is a process in the internet key usb the problem ? hel p
