Questions from my reseller of POS systems:

Re: avast remote assistance

why is it installed by default?

is it PCI Compliant? (remote software must be disabled by default and require interaction at the computer to activate)

It does require interaction by both users

The one requesting will generate a code which must be entered by the other user...  No code, no access
