HELP avast 7 delete a important DLL !!! why ?

Help very URGENT !

Today  avast 7  (data base 120419-0 ) in italy  all  provider users TIM with

Internet key  , AVAST delete the file  DIALUPIPLUGIN.DLL in the

Folder “CHIAVETTA INTERNET” and the dash board NOT FOUND and

Is impossible to navigate on internet !! it is in a pop-uo avast colored in red .

Delete in UTPS\common\dialupuiplugin.dll.

In the Trash of virus I not found this DLL and if a create a  exeption of this
File DLL delete of avast, avast delete it !!!  please correct urgently this and
Your  database.

In how mode I set-up that avast 7 not  DELETE immediately the infect file
But send it into a quarantine folder ???


PS  my network operator (TIM Italy) say that many people from NODE32
      And AVAST have this big problem, no problem with AVIRA !!!!

Can you give more information on your actions ?
Have you changed any settings within avast ?

The reason I ask is that avast doesn't delete anything by default, the default action is to send to the chest. So the user either has to select delete at the time of detection or have changed the default actions.

What scan detected this ?

For a dll file I'm surprised by the lack of hits on a Google and Yahoo search a total of only 4 hits (one of them this topic), that is very unusual for a .dll file.

no in chest there isn't !

appare the RED pop-up and say ( trojan ?) and they say delete the  file :  DIALUPIPLUGIN.DLL

what i to do ? help me ????

i how mode in avast 7 i try to NOT delete immediatly the file infect but request to do to me ?

i how mode in avast 7 free it not scan the folder:

C:\Program Files\Chiavetta Internet\DialupUIPlugin.dll

that avast delete it ?

in how mode it set avast to not cancel it ????

this DLL not infect i sca with virus total and no infect ! and i scan with AVAST and i say NOT INFECT !

now, normaly avast not kill this DLL ( dialupuiplugin.dll) and i not on internet !!!

but if i insert in the usb my internet key , avast say a pop up red and kill in my pc this file DLL !!! ok now ?

porbably is a process in the internet key usb the problem ?
