Repair option not working

I just purchased 1 year coverage and scanned my PC. A high threat was found but when I attempted to use the "repair" option it did not work it only allowed me to use the option "move to chest" is this safe? Also, do I have to manually go to the file location to remove the file?

What is the name of the file that is causing this particular issue?

Do you recognise it as something you have downloaded, installed recently or have used at any time?

Is it in the system files IE: C:\windows\system32\... (As a rule never delete files in this folder or you may be looking for problems.
