Suggestions for avast! 8

Please add option: don't verify file bigger [...] mb.
Now in Avast 7 my PC  freezes, when i open a folder (in Total commander), that contains several (even a 1) large exe files...
This option could be very usefull, and Avast will be work faster.

I don't think it's a good idea... if you have specific files that you think are safe and you don't want them to get tested, you can put them into the list of FileSystem Shield exclusions. But setting a general size limit, without linking it to a special location, is dangerous - it might prevent scanning of files you didn't actually want to include.

(Besides, I am not sure if the size and the scan time is connected here - my guess would be that the files in question are some kind of archives, and their scanning may take longer even if they were small.)

That's will be my problem .
By default option is disabled.
Each component have their individual settings (on/off, size limit).

Can you add to the Boot Time Scan the option to Auto Shutdown when scan is complete. It would be very helpful as I can potentially leave the Boot time scan on overnight and let all my drives get scanned and when finished the computer will shut down. 

Allow the sandbox feature to be activated on demand. Most of the time the feature will activate when suspicious activity is detected. But sometimes I want to activate the feature when I need to use it.

that looks like norton alerts danny96...we want avast 8 and not norton 

and by the way,why is this thread started so early,is avast 8 coming early  like avast 6 came in few months after version 5...

My 1 suggestion[IMPORTANT!]: Make massive improvements with behaviour shield...and make it to block malcious actions even on auto-decide
