Icons in Firewall screen

Android Avast Mobile app:
What do the 3 icons in the firewall setting screen correspond to?
One is obviously wifi and the other is the phone service. What is the third?

Q: Clicking on the wifi icon and selecting deny access: How securely does that prevent both in and out communication on that icon medium?

Third is roaming.

Completely blocks out communication, doesn't block in communication, but that kind of communication is almost impossible if not from local network while on Wi-Fi.
