Win32:Small-AJS [Trj] Infection detected popup

I just installed Version 7 (36618-3)  Virus definitions version 12042600.

I have a Red pop up Infection detected! that came up and I scanned the application that it listed, but it didn't come up with anything when I scanned the application that it says.

What next?

probably, the application was just the process who saved/accessed the data, you should have a look at the particular file itself.
btw. update to the latest version, was released few hours ago :).
