Win32:downloader NZI [trj]

Could someone please walk me through how to get rid of this terrible bug? Each time I try to take action I get "Error: The operation is not supported for this type of archive. (42111)" and do not know where to go from here. Searching online only turns up what looks to be shoddy spyware removal software and I am definitely not the smartest when it comes to virus removal. Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance!

That means avast! can't unpack and remove only the infected file.
Two solutions:
1. Don't worry (files into archives are inert and avast! will block them if they're unpacked).
2. Send whole file to Chest (or even delete it if you're sure you don't need it).
