Enhanced User Interface

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

I have seen and opened the Enhanced USer Interface on two occasions. The first time was after I installed Avast and the second time was when I tried to find a way to open it and after about 5 minutes it suddenly popped open. I don't know what I clicked on to open it.

I also helped a friend install Avast and he initially opened the Simple user interface and thereafter was not able to access it again. Please tell me how I can access either of the interfaces (Simple or Enhanced User Interface)

To start avast! user interface, simply rightclick on the avast! blue tray icon and select "Start avast! Antivirus" from the popup menu.

To switch between the user interfaces (note that the Enhanced UI is present in the Professional version of avast! only), just select "Switch to *** User Interface" from the menu. (To invoke the menu in the Simple UI, rightclick somewhere on the skin window).
