Well, I find it weird; if the program settings show the monthly reports are disabled, yet they are still being shown... it's rather suspicious.
I have restarted and if it shows up again in the next update, I'll upload it like you suggested.  Update popups have been kind of weird on XP for awhile now, random double sound, sometimes I lack the ability to "Show last pop up" when there's an ad with an update.  More and more I'm thinking about just disabling pop ups.

These are known issues which had been fixed already with the latest betas. ;)

Good Job Avast Team, if I can solve this problem, which I hope a restart fixed.  I wasn't concerned with restarting as my system wasn't showing any other signs of issues and Malwarebytes found nothing so I figured I was good.  So now I just wait for the new definitions and hope I don't miss it.  Not really relevant or anything, but I'm playing video games and I'm a bit distracted, but sadly it's not going to be for a few hours due to how I have my Updates set up, it's made to check every four hours, sometimes I think about lowering it, any opinions?

Most likely that means there was a patch in the VPS update!
