Ah OK I remember now (I have uninstalled MBAM from my system)

Under the logs tab should be a protection log..  Could you post that one please

Looking at the popup it states incoming, are they all like that ?

Could you run a fresh OTL scan please selecting all users

Yes all pop-ups says 'incoming'
Here is the OTL, this time full-scan (missclicked) and didnt provide Extras.txt

edit; Ok saw one outgoing malicious web

If they are incoming it is not a problem

Currently I can see no malware remaining are there any other symptoms

Turned off MalwareBytes, and will leave Avast! Free for this night (PC will be on for atlleast few hours tonight)
Avast! should detect and block if there is any malware, incoming or outgount maybe?
Will write tomorow with info.
