sim not recognised

Installed avast with theft app - now the only sim I have used in the phone doesn't seem to be recognised - warning/lock screen and won't accept password - how to uninstall without passcode???

Hi,

try 0000 as the password if the password you put in can't be recognized.

Hi, is it root installation? Do you have OTA update or some custom ROM?
