If you wanna pay me to keep my mouth shut
I work to hard for my money to throw it away on foolish things.
I can however suggest that a banana peel be sent your way.
Be careful not to step on it or you might fall.....
Bob, coming to my sate would not be a bad idea for you at all. We honestly have the nations fastest internet... and not some 'paid
for stat thru PCMag.' Adobe, the NSA, the Secret Service, and many others are choosing to settle offices here just for that reason. We have a fiber optic co-op which povides said speed. Consumers get 100 Mbps DL and
100 Mbps UL for $50/month (this doesnt go up after 3-6 months either)
with no math theory called Power/Turbo Boost
. Im talkn REAL FIBER taken straight to the home
!!! Cant tell you how nice it is to
upload 3.6 GB in under 7 minutes when doing an initial backup.
Even if you have no interest in helping me understand my misgivings, Utah has a great need for what you do. We have a lot of seniors, Id be willing to bet per ratio the most of any other state, on the active internet that would love to understand why Avast is
(usually) the best choice one could make for their security (and no one payed me to say that either).
Personally, it would be a great thing for the US side of Avast. Or at least for an update server. My state has long been a leader in e-inovation and we continue to be just that.

Java was essentially born in Utah, but NetZero is coming to Utah along with some other high profiles... all due to our REAL fiber optic internet.
The Flashbarck trojan on the Mac exploited Java .....
Thank you but even though this latest dealt with Java, google flash exploits and prepare to have your eyes wide open...
Back to the topic:
The problem is that my flash settings were initially set to "Block All Sites From Storing Information On This Computer" to "Allow sites to save information on this computer". How this occured is still a mystery but my guess is thru exploitation of some part of flash. Not realising how aware some folks are of their settings and network activity; I think it was not counted on for me to notice.
Now that I have set it back to what it should have been (and stayed); ""Block All Sites From Storing Information On This Computer", I can see that was exactly what was wrong with the picture. Im sure there is a good reason for data to be being shared thru flash for a web page statistics. As far as Im concerned the main topic of this thread has been resolved and no further comment is necessary. If you have anything else to add, please PM me.
Thank you.
