I can't configurate my email

I can't configure my email to that avast scan.  I  cleared the SSL in my programa IncrediMail, but I can´t send nor receive my e-mails. Why?
Anybody helps me?

Check this out and see if it helps - avast! 6.x, 7.x: SSL Problems The Mail Shield may not scan some e-mails - see https://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=842. Whilst this is an old article and mentions avast6 it is relevant for avast7 also.
