Como posso bloquear uma página "https" com o avast?

Gostaria de bloquear uma página "https" no meu computador. As páginas "http" eu consigo, mas as "https" não. Como proceder?

(I would like to block a page "https" on my computer. The pages "http" I can, but the "https" not. How to proceed?)

avast! doesn't block https.
