Can't send any emails from Outlook 2007
« on: June 05, 2012, 07:05:43 PM »
I can't send any emails at the moment from Outlook.

All outgoing emails bounce back with the message <<Client host rejected: Access denied>>. I have checked with my ISP who says there is no problem at their end.

I have recently registered my free Antivirus copy and am on 7.0.1426.

I can't see any problem with the settings, but please diagnose what the problem may be and recommend a solution.

Thank you.

I have just tried it and the answer is yes.

But that's not really an answer, surely? Is there anyway of making it work with the mailshield on?

Hi Hernan,

Thanks for the video link. That seems to have sorted out the problem!

Can you also suggest how to resolve an issue with RSS feeds in Outlook which do not update? Is there a setting in avast! which needs to be changed?

Thanks,

John
