Can't connect while using Safe Zone

Hi!

I have a problem using the safe zone: everytime i try to connect, after some seconds of loadind appers an error screen which reports: Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): The server could not be found
I have tried to reset the safe zone data but it is still not working. The navigation outside safe zone works well.

What can i do in order to solve this problem?

I am using Avast IS 7.0.1426 (no problems at all with version 6.x) and Windows x64.

If so, I'm afraid only a full reinstall of AIS solved it.

(Worth trying an avast repair  and/or a re-install of the safezone component through control panel first though)
