Tivo Transfer

TiVo Transfer works without any problems with my MacBook Pro and OS 10.6.8.  However, with OS 10.7.4, I have to inactivate Web Shield to transfer a video from my TiVo to my MacBook Pro.  Anyone else have this problem?
