Virus Alert- CRITICAL THREAT LEVEL

Hello, I just went onto the Sophos web threat center and found out the threat level for today is CRITICAL, so beware of malware sites and max them Avast! settings.

Also, if you run java get Update 5! because I havent any pop ups for a update.. I am still running update 4.. so get it here- http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
