I bought the right to use the clean up tool, but when I enter the code, the avast says the activation code I entered does not exist.
I cut-and-pasted and entered the code, there is no room for entering incorrect code.

I have the exact same problem. Following the procedures in Reply #2 didn't solve the problem. I have tried getting the Activation Code from my account page for three days. I receive this: "ERROR (305) The requested service is not available at the moment."

this is strange and definitely not the intended behavior.
Could you please check whether you got an order confirmation email from Avast with the activation code like it is visible here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/205/?

J'ai également le même problème : "code d'activation incorrect" erreur 305. désinstallé et ré-installé le programme et rien y fait !!!???
