Title: Activation code is not available for clean up premium
Post by: REDACTED on January 04, 2018, 04:51:00 PM: How can I get help from support service? I have bought it on 31st Dec 2017. Still did not get my activation code.

I cut-and-pasted and entered the code, there is no room for entering incorrect code.

I have the exact same problem. Following the procedures in Reply #2 didn't solve the problem. I have tried getting the Activation Code from my account page for three days. I receive this: "ERROR (305) The requested service is not available at the moment."

this is strange and definitely not the intended behavior.

Could you please check whether you got an order confirmation email from Avast with the activation code like it is visible here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/205/?
