Hi There,
After the third attempt of making a moneyRefund request I had no choice and decided to write in here as well. I have purchased Avast Antivirus PRO and am not happy with the behaviour the antivirus provides. Wanna money back.

Thanks, I've done it three times already, but there is no reply to any of those requests. That way just doesn't work.

Be patient, a reply can take a few business days.
Also, don't submit multiple requests..!! (FIFO)

Does that mean, that if I placed a request a month ago and then a week ago, that would be a week of processing the request anyway? That just doesn't make any sense.

And please don't tell me that the last request is the one that dictates the time of processing - that just contradicts with FIFO you mentioned.

Provided you submitted your refund request within the 30 day guarantee period it is valid, it isn't the time taken to process it.

That whole thing with refund money guarantee looks like a big joke.

Yes, Avast didn't work out for business - all necessary ports are blocked, signature in all corporate emails has been altered, there is no possibility to access a remote desktop, when Avast is on.
