Hello!!
I'm Simona, from Italy (....sorry for my terrible English....)
On january I have installed on my laptop two free trial products: Avast Premium Security and Avast Cleanup (both with the same license number)
How to delete them before the first renewal (1st march 2020)?
What I have to do??? Delete my account??
I wrote emails to Italian and English support, but no one answer...
Hope you can help me!!!

File cancellation of auto-renewal here: https://support.avast.com/en-au/contact/sales_refund/sales_autorenewal
if you don't have the copy of the Order ID, just put it 00000 then explain your concern.

Support tickets work as First in / first out. If you create a new you are put back in line

I done new request each time (the last 20 minutes ago), and each time the system send me immediately the same automatic answer... but it's not the answer for my questions...
I also try to attach a pdf file with "the story" , but I think it remains unreaded...
Maybe I have to pay the renewal and then ask for a refund....but it's so illogical...

Hi,
Your auto-renewal has been cancelled.

To clarify, when contacting support, if you wish to cancel your auto-renewal subscription then you have to select " Unsubscribe" instead of "Refund"
