On November 23 2020 I paid a license for 1 year of Avast Secure Line and now my license has been canceled for no reason. This is a THEFT because my license expires until November 23 2021. The license was cancelled since you initiated a chargeback on January 7, 2021.

I don't remember doing it nor have I received a refund. In any case I want the expiration to be respected until November 2021. I only remember having captioned the automatic renewal. But not the license. Can they fix it?

It's strange but the Secure Line License was deactivated for me in Secure Line but activated it for another program: Avast Clean Up. For Avast Clean Up I bought another License that expires on March 31 2021. However when I try to enter the License key for Secure Line is transferred to Clean Up. This is strange. I always assumed that Avast was an honest and trustworthy company but this strange situation makes me doubt. Is Avast still a company you can trust ?.

Thanks for giving me the link. I already sent the information. I do have the ID order that's why I request the restoration of the license. I was already affected by this week because I have not been able to use it.
