Title: Money Deducted

I opted to subscribe 1 year subscription for Avast Premium Security (Avast Cleanup) and paid money from my credit card. However when money got deducted avast showed screen showing transaction could not be done and asked for retry!!!! But my money got deducted. Please suggest what next to do?

Our system shows that you have a subscription for Avast Cleanup (ordered May/15/2021). There does not seem to be an order for Avast Premium Security on this date.
You should have received a confirmation email with additional details.
