Ok.  ..And may i ask what is dSupportOnline?
I installed Crypto Prevent and got it as extra icon on desktop - Life help by dSupportOnlie.

Delete that icon, I have just noticed that they have added that in the latest version.  When installing the programme install desktop icon should have been unticked by default

I believe problem is solved not.

I do however have other questions.
Is it ok to have installed Malwarebytes, some antivirus programme, CryptoPrevent and MC Shield all at once?
And i know its not legal to use and maybe not so safe as well but how high is the possibility to get infected using torrents from sites verified as they may be ?

MBAM, MCShield and Crypotprevent are all specialist tools and do not conflict with each other or antivruses ..   However, you should only have one antivirus programme as two will conflict and may degrade their performance
