a refund
« on: June 18, 2024, 07:48:41 PM »
Hello, dear Avast. You deducted money from my account for a service I do not need. Your website tells me to request a refund...by phone. Are you serious? This looks like a shady scam because no one will make phone calls to another continent and you know it very well.

You must make a refund in one click. Returns should be as easy as it is easy for you to withdraw money from other people's accounts, without the consent of their owners.

I ask politely, even though I am deeply outraged by the inability to contact you online: please return my money. I was not going to buy your Avast Antivirus.
