anti-theft on samsung 5803i :SMS command can not be implemented !

i can understand the meaning in that page ,but i just do not understand what does 'SMS client' means, and it seems  'SMS client' is the key reason why antitheft does not work on my phone.

but i know what does SMS / GSM mean, and anti-theft can work very very in my HTC phone, i just want to know why anti-theft can not work in my another phone, that is samsung 5830i .

the reason why anti-theft did not work properly on my phone is that it conficts with another software called ' 360 safty kavass'  .

you can find this software from google or 'www.baidu.com ' by searching '360 安全卫士'
