anti-theft on samsung 5803i :SMS command can not be implemented !

my mobile phone is samsung 5830i,but all SMS command can not be implemented, and SMS can be seen in INBOX.
any idea ?

i am very sure that the antitheft software has been installed correctly.

can you help me ?

but i cannot understand the so called "SMS client " and " custom rom"

No, it means the program/client that is used for SMS traffic.

i can not understand it exactly, do you use MSN ?

What messaging application do you use? Do you use the one that was provided with your phone (on Samsung it might come with a "white envelope/yellow paper" icon) or did you download a 3rd party messaging application from Google Play, for example GoSMS or Handcent?

well, i did not download google play

i can understand the meaning in that page ,but i just do not understand what does 'SMS client' means, and it seems  'SMS client' is the key reason why antitheft does not work on my phone.
