Locate doesn't work on my HTC One X+
« on: November 20, 2012, 08:20:05 AM »
I use root install and have enabled anti-theft function.
I tried to test the Locate command to see if I can see my phone location on the Locator Map.
However, I got this error message:

We got a notification from the device that the Google Cloud Messaging was disabled. The most likely reason for that is a hard-reset of the device, or the Google Account on the device is not correctly configured. Web communication to the device is not possible due to this, please use SMS to contact your device. The device will try to re-establish the connection again as soon as possible. You will be notified by email once the attempts succeeded.

I don't know why and how Google Cloud Messaging was disabled.
Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Please help!
Thanks.

Greg
