i tryed to chkdsk D: /r but it stops at 15% ( i let him 1 night but it 's still at 15%)

The fact that chkdsk stops would indicate a hard drive problem.  Do you have a backup image

no i havent :( (a backup image of the os? ) ...i have restarted the chkdsk and now is at 19% and slowly runnin ... it's scanning all the disk and of many files says "windows replaced bad clusters in file xxxxxx"

is it really scannin a 450 gb disk trough a us 2 xD?

also do you know which one is the cause of this? avast?

Nope it is the hard drive getting a lot of errors.  They could be because the hard drive is failing, a power surge or an improper shutdown
