Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 and save it to a flash drive.
  • Plug the flashdrive into the infected PC.
  • Restart your computer and tap F8 to bring up the Advanced Menu, then click Repair your computer
  • Follow the prompt to enter keyboard input method, and then the prompt to enter a password. If the machine does not have a password, simply click Enter.
In the next menu, use the arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight Command Prompt and press Enter.
  • In the command window type in notepad and press Enter.
  • When notepad opens, click File and select Open.
  • Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.
  • In the command window type e:\frst64.exe and press Enter.
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
  • The tool will start to run. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach it to your reply.

i downloaded rufus and the .exe file named OTLPEStd.exe. Then with rufus i created a usb storage formatted ntfs from the .iso that was in the OTLPEStd.exe (i opened it with as a zip/rar archivie). obviusly i did these steps with another pc . Then i plugged in the usb in the broken pc and pressed f2 (is a sony vaio ) to open the bios menu, i went in the "boot" submenu and enabled the usb boot and selected usb boot as first preference from where the pc should search for a OS . Finally i saved the changes and restarted (with the usb plugged in obviusly).

Something wrong?

Try this to create a recovery console ISO - This may enable you to get an FRST log for argus

Download the following three programmes to your desktop :

1.  Rufus

For 64bit systems
2.  Windows 7 64bit RC
3.  Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64

For 32bit systems
2.  Windows 7 RC
3.  Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Insert the USB stick Then run Rufus

Select the ISO file on the desktop via the ISO icon.

Press Start Burn

Then copy FRST to the same USB

Insert the USB into the sick computer and start the computer.  First ensuring that the system is set to boot from USB
Note: If you are not sure how to do that follow the instructions Here

When you reboot you will  see this although yours will say windows 7.
 Click repair my computer

Select your operating system

Select Command prompt

At the command prompt type the following  :

notepad and press Enter
The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open
Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.
In the command window type e:\frst64.exe and press Enter
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
The tool will start to run.
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.

ty for the answer but i cannot download Windows 7 64bit RC from your onedrive cause says the file is removed or no more avaiable

wait ing your answers i tryed also create a real CD from the OTLPEStd.exe  (if u run this it will try to burnd a cd )... after doing it i started the pc with the cd ( my priority in "boot" menu are "external usb" , "cd" and then "internal" )...it miraculously started and loaded stuff ...windows xp started (after the loading appeared the logo )but after some minutes crashed  and then appeared  the blue screen .
