@DavidR,

Can you answer my question?

Aside from not seeing a direct question other than the topic title that has been changed.  Pondus gave a link that should give you an insight and it wasn't just about option out, it also mentions "Rolling back to the previous version."

The search link that I gave also gives varied information on Rolling back to the previous version.  Whilst this one https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2018/10/rollback-windows-10-version-1803-upgrading-version-1809.html How to Rollback Windows 10 1809 to version 1803, I can't see this being greatly different to rolling back from Windows 10 19.03 to version 1809.

In all honesty with what you have had going on, the problems and the fix attempts carried out, it may well be that the MS support member could well be correct in you may need to do a fresh install of Windows 10.

@DavidR,

I'm afraid it would want a password for windows and if it did I couldn't remember what it was.  Now when I restart my computer, it shows Dell, then please wait, and it doesn't ask for a password.  It just shows signing in and after a few seconds  it shows my desk top

Why would you need a password, should it remain the same should you use the Dell Media DVD for the system.  Currently your Dell appears to be setup without the requirement of a password.  They may well have recommended to set a password.

Even if you had to create a password as I did when I first got my win10 laptop, I created one using the usual strong password strategy.  What If I forget, well I check the source that I made a not of it.  I must have in excess of 50 or more passwords, for the most part using a password manager caters for those internet passwords.  And backup, backup, backup to cater for computer issues.

So here I am on my usual song, you need a Strong Backup and Recovery Strategy (to cater for all eventualities) or if you Fail to Plan, then you Plan to Fail or if you don't want to Lose it Back it up.

Why were my other posts deleted?
Because they were pointless, if you want help then learn to be patient.

I would say most people are fed up with the "no I won't yes I will" attitude you continually display, constant editing of posts are annoying to say the least and having to listen to whatever your latest stuff up being is getting monotonous.
Apparently answers to her actual question also got deleted.  :(

I wish I had never started this topic.  I don't mind resetting my PC but I hate the thought of having to re installing all of the programs I  have on my PC.
Since I haven't been a windows insider for over a week will I still get the Spring creators update that will be releasted  {sp?} sometime in late May?

If you knew what an Insider was, you wouldn't be asking that question.
As an insider, you are a beta tester. You're already running the beta version of 1903. You will continue on beta till you drop the insider status.
As to having to re-install all those programs, you've also already been told that a backup regiment would prevent all of that.
Without it, have fun, re-installing everything.

I haven't been a windows insider for a little over a week so I won't be getting anymore preview builds.

I'm not going to reset my pc until the middle of May.

@bob3160,

I'm not going to reset my PC so I won't have to install anything.

Sorry but your questions and replies are all over the place.
It really makes no sense responding to them.
