Thank you!, hopefully Avast can fix this later, because when Avast is not installed, Windows has no issues.

I just watched your video, thank you very much!, there is only one thing in the video it's not completely correct, I don't get any delay or performance issues on 20 Megabits, not even with my hard drive, SSD, or NVMe Solid State Drive has that issue like your explained.

I only start to get HEAVY performance issues, because it's not only a delay, the computer freeze by intervals of 500-700 milliseconds when the connection reaches 400 Megabits to 1 Gigabit of the network connection using my Fiber, and I don't have patience issue, otherwise I wouldn't stick with Avast with this same issue for about 3 years (since I got my Fiber), the problem is, every time windows update and reach high speed, Steam gets high speed by downloading or updating games, downloading something using the browser, etc, I mean any program that requires download at high speed (400 Megabits to 1 Gigabit), it's not only frustrating but for example, if the computer it's updating any software or a game without me knowing this, it can get freeze or even get bluescreen just reset because Windows couldn't handle the issue with avast.

Note: I said Megabits, not megabyte, and of course, I prefer security over anything else, otherwise I would go to a crapy antivirus like Mcafee or Panda 8) and I cannot say Norton anymore because Avast and Norton got Fused, so I suppose Norton will get better now.

Another thing is: I haven't tested it on Windows 11, Honestly I don't want to test the Windows 11 until gets debugged by frustrated Users for a few months or years, some people may tell me Windows 11 is already debugged and all that but by experience, I know Microsoft always screws up a lot in each windows Release.

Ok, I am downloading two games right now on Steam, the speed is over 428 Megabits, and increasing, which delivers a huge performance issue, making the computer shutters, I already disabled the HTTPS scanner in avast like someone suggested here, and still have the same issue, its better when I download anything using a browser, but from any other Apps non from the browser, I still get the issue.
