I call

I am having a problem with I call accessing the internet through my firewall! I also have a problem with the local access numbers friends who call them say the line is always busy! I tried emailing them with no success!

welcome to the forum.

i suggest that you do a scan with malwarebytes antimalware. as a first step.

download install  scan and don't forget to update before scanning.

Here is the malwarebytes log file as you can see clean no infection!
