if the virus is only in system restore then it cant hurt you unless you restore your files to when it got in. I suggest you leave it until you can speak with someone who speaks your language .

If you don't know something there is ofcourse always GOOGLE and the Microsoft Knowledgebase and both will show you webpages on how to disable/enable system restore like THIS WEBPAGE
