Is there any chance that someone could speak with him in French, he's said repeatedly that he does not understand the English instructions and his top post indicates French is his main language, as does his name:)
I'm afraid my French is not good enough, I can manage to read a French web page but not translate English into French without using Altavista Babelfish - and for something like this Babelfish is too chancy.
