We've recently upgraded (successfully with no issues at all might I add /smug) to Endpoint Protection Suite Plus from BPP. However, whilst the installation was smooth, I've found an odd bug in the reporting facility.
With both systems I have daily virus and malware reports emailed to me.
In BPP if there was no virus activity, no reports would be attached to the email and the subject would be
[NO UPDATES] avast! Administration Console reports. If there were viruses, a report
would be attached.
In EPSP however, even when there has been no virus activity, I get
avast! Small Office Administration reports with blank virus and malware reports attached!
This means that I have to open the reports daily and scroll through them to find nothing!
Any chance this could be fixed so we go back to being able to simply scan over the emails?
Another bonus of the way this originally worked was that I could tell, at a glance, how long we'd been virus free for. Now I can't!
Other than that, I'm please with the upgrade
