Need help removing Malware/Trojan
« on: July 09, 2012, 08:13:11 PM »
Well, i downloaded avast and restarted my computer. Now about every 5 minutes i'm getting a popup from avast saying malware blocked/trojan horse blocker.
The following reads:
Object: C:\Windows\Installer\...\80000000.@
Infection: Win32:Malware-gen
Action: Moved to chest
Process: C:\Windows\System32\services.exe

I tried doing a full system scan to delete it, but every time I do so, it always finds a way back.

  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  • Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
Notes:

2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
