How to create AVAST Rescue Disk?

I just purchased the full version of Avast Internet and Virus Security.  At the time of purchase, I also purchased the AVAST Rescue Disk.  I have the rescue disk on my receipt, but I do not see how to create the rescue disk from inside the AVAST application.

How do I create the rescue disk or are there instructions somewhere?

Excellent thanks.  I spent a few months in Weisbaden some years ago. My daughter was stationed in Geiblestadt or at an Army base near there. are you from that area.
