Can't remove/uninstall Avast v. 6

I have followed instructions in removing the avast v.6, through control panel and uninstall utility but it kept on discontinuing the process and shows error message...can i request a remote assistance??its urgent

What error message does it show ?

How did you run the avast uninstall utility ?
It needs to be run from safe mode, or to have disabled the avast self-defence module (avastUI > Settings > Troubleshooting) in normal windows.
