do any one know 8607eec691b6c.exe

I found this fella "8607eec691b6c.exe" running on my pc Windows 7 and after I noticed something strange.
The PC started up in a lower resolution then normal and opened a browser, that failed to find what it was looking for.
I only regained control in the short instance after I forced the pc to shot down.
After the restart I regained control and saw this thing running in the processes.
I looked for its files and I was brought to a seemingly empty folder among the data. I deleted the folder and all references to the file from the registration database.

Any idea what "8607eec691b6c.exe" is because google came up blank
