Yea I know radicalb21, you tried to get my problem solved and I thank you for it . I am not blaming anyone on the forums because everyone helps and I thank everyone for it but what I am saying that  3-4 days is enough to response  to  an E-mail.

Thank you for the kind words about the people in the forum. They are greatly appreciated. I would send another email to support with a copy of what you already sent and inquire. That email addy for support is: . I can't answer to why you haven't gotten a reply by email. I have sent a link of the this thread to the Alwil Team and someone should respond. Hopefully VLK or igor can answer this question. I hope this helps.

Honestly, I don't really see what's the problem here.
I suggest to simply register again, with the new e-mail address - you will receive a new registration key.

Yea I go a get a new key because if I wait for the customer support to E-mail back I’ll be like 70 this just proved that customer support   is bad. I ready like Avast hopefully they can improve there customer support  area.

Yes you sent an email which you haven't yet received a reply, there can be many reasons for this. You were given several options here that didn't need an email to be sent. The reply would probably have given the same advice as here re-register and you will be sent a new registration key, giving you another FREE 14 months VPS updates and use of the program FREE.

Where else do you get any form of support when using FREE anti-virus software? Certainly not at AVG or any others I have used.
