About heuristic detection level of Avast!

May I know will Avast! use up more RAM usage if I set my Avast!'s heuristic detection to high?

I certainly don't notice anything more than normal, but normal is hard to judge/compare/remember, as your computer isn't in a constant state.

Basically you would notice if the performance started to slow, sooner than you would notice an increase in RAM.
