a great scheduler i need

Hi i need a good scheduler to use with avast
i would like to make tasks and run for example every week and the pc turn on!
and not at time ...hours minutes and so on

If you've avast pro you don't need scheduler ,you have it in avast pro

Not really... It's just editing (manually or with proper script) a Windows Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\\BootExecute

the scan application must know if it is the correct day to scan or not and that will need programming skills, or at least knowledge of batch programming or something simulair.
