All web and POP3 traffic blocked after updating to 7.0.1466

Hi,

I've been using Avast for years and never had any problems with it.

I updated to the latest Program version 7.0.1466 and all web and POP3 traffic is now blocked.

If I disable the Web and Mail Shields I get full email and web access back again.
Re-enable the Shields and everything is blocked again.

Running Win 7, 64-bit.
Tied 3 different web browsers, all same problem.
Disabled local software firewall, same problem.
Rebooted, same problem

Help!

Fixed!

Had to uninstall then re-install Avast.

 I had the same problem and reinstalled Avast too and the problem was also solved... estrange problem. Something got corrupted in the last installation.
