Hello I've been having trouble with some sort of ad Virus/malware for the last 2 days or so it keeps playing sounds from ad clips (probably you tube)(Important to note probably the only reason i'm hearing it is because i'm Running Windows

Also I've network locked my computer and it stopped running so its obvious its running though the internet
i'm thinking its some its some sort of ad Virus / malware because it keeps playing the audio from certain clips over and over again (note: im hearing the audio through my headphones not seeing video and im not running any video audio playing software when it starts playing so that's why i'm thinking it might be a Virtual Drive of some sort it plays even before i Login to windows or when i'm shutting down windows i've observed it still runs even though windows is shut down
I'm Pretty sure its some sort of Video View Generator not sure if it has any other functions (hope it doesn't) its important to note it will cut out in the middle of the video so that's why i'm thinking its for generating views
(Stays just long enough for the view to be recorded)

When i Check the Firewall i keep getting this ip Address not sure what it is when i trace it doesn't go to any continent

127.0.01 Outgoing (this ones outgoing a lot by a lot i mean like +25 outgoing)
