TrojanDownloader:Win32/Adload.DA removal help?

Today my Windows Action Center popped up with a warning saying "Windows has detected TrojanDownloader:Win32/Adload.DA, a known computer virus, on your computer." Scanned with Microsoft Safety Scanner and Avast (updated first) but nothing was found.  I see others have discussed this but I don't see any posts on how to remove it.  Any ideas?

I am running Win 7 home premium 64 bit w/ SP1
