what is "system progressive protection"

I have a program appeared that looks like some sort of AV program called "system progressive protection".  Any clues?

Its a FakeAV variant...probably a brand new >:( one because so far all varients i have seen have been detected..follow pondus advice and we will help you to get rid if it

That will not kill it all and the programme they get you to download will ask for money to fix it  ;D  And the manual method will leave most of it behind and expect you to play in the registry.. Dangerous
