I have received the warning "suspicious extension of attachment" and the email has been withheld. I believe this message is really the solution from the manufacturer re a hardware problem I am having. How can I view it? Any help much appreciated. I am using v.4.5 Home

What are your settings in your mail program?
Are you permitting attachments?
Which program is generating the message?

I think there is a button to allow viewing of suspicious file anyway.
