Hey,
I have a problem, i have avast!home edition, and my avast active scanner doesn´t go on, he reports an error: "invalid data send to AVVM"
How do I resolve this?

What operating system do you have? When exactly does the message appear - right when you start the computer, or when you try to open the On-Access Scanner control window...?

I have windows XP, it already wordek before but now......
the message come when i try to open the acces scanner.......

I guess this is the message you got:
"The AVVM subsystem detected a RPC error."
If so, please use the search option on this board.
Keywords = rpc error
You will find many threads already dealing with this and many will have a (possible) solution for you.
